Licence that enables an additional module of the CPS 4.0 Number Plate System related to video analysis developed for Vehicle Make and Model recognition. Make and model recognition is carried out directly by an algorithm integrated within the CPS software, which works with the OCR images coming from the number plate recognition cameras (be they Selea or third-party cameras). The algorithm is trained to recognise more than 9000 vehicle models from over 400 car manufacturers, with greater than 80% accuracy and response times of less than 0.3 sec. The data of the make and model can be associated with those of the plate for comprehensive recovery of the data of the vehicle in question.
