Thanks to its high computing power, combined with the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies, the TARGA 850 camera is able to provide information such as identification of stolen vehicles, front men or accomplices, detection of accidents, and traffic analysis.
The artificial intelligence algorithms at the foundation of TARGA 850’s operation have been “trained” to distinguish the various subjects through training carried out on an archive of millions of images.
For example, training of the vehicle make and model recognition system alone was carried out using a database of over 100 million cars.Based on this, the TARGA 850 is able to recognise over 9,000 vehicle models from the 400 makes of the world’s major manufacturers, including heavy vehicles, vans and cars.
The analysis takes place with a reduced margin of error using smart multi-video analysis capable of simultaneously detecting vehicles in two lanes.
